We are excited to announce that the Open Enrollment period for our company’s benefits program is now underway. This is a significant opportunity for you to review and make changes to your benefit selections for the upcoming year.
Open Enrollment Period: August 28, 2023, to September 8, 2023
During the Open Enrollment period, you have the chance to make changes to your current benefits package, add new benefits, or adjust your coverage to better align with your needs and preferences. We encourage you to take this time to carefully review the available options and consider any changes that would best suit your situation.
Key Points to Keep in Mind:
- Review Your Current Benefits: Take a moment to assess your current benefit elections. Are they still meeting your needs? Do you anticipate any changes in your circumstances that might require adjustments?
- Consider Life Changes: If you have experienced any significant life events, such as marriage, the birth of a child, or a change in dependent status, this is an excellent time to update your benefits to reflect these changes.
- Ask Questions: Our People & Culture team is here to support you throughout the Open Enrollment process. If you have any questions about the available benefits or need assistance with making selections, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
How to Access Open Enrollment:
- Log in to Paycom using your credentials.
- Navigate to the “Benefits” section and select 2023 Benefit Enrollment.
- Follow the prompts to review and make changes to your benefits.
Please note that the Open Enrollment period will close on September 8, and no changes will be allowed after this date unless you experience a qualifying life event.
We value each of you and want to ensure that you have the best possible benefits package to support your well-being. Take advantage of this opportunity to make informed decisions about your benefits.
Thank you for your attention, and if you have any questions, please contact Rebecca Watts or any member of the People & Culture team.
