Managers have been asking for client-side mobile access to Paycom. I’m excited that we can finally announce Manager on-the-Go™, a new tool accessible through Paycom’s existing mobile app.  

Managing talents does not just happen when we are in the office. Manager on-the-Go makes it possible for you to complete essential tasks involving the talents you supervise on an anywhere, anytime basis. Using the app, you can: 

  • edit and approve timecards
  • approve time-off requests
  • view your team’s time-off calendar
  • toggle to Employee Self-Service®and back with no further login
  • and more!

You can start using Manager on-the-Go in the Paycom app today. For help with your initial login, click the links below:  

Please note, Manager on-the-Go is a mobile approval center for supervisors and managers with direct reports. It keeps timecard approvals, punch change requests, and time-off requests from piling up while you are away! All other functionality is still available on a desktop computer.
