MCI USA’S Sales Solutions & Services division is pleased to announce two promotions as the company continues to expand its capabilities supporting associations and corporations. Jay Blankenship has been promoted to Director, Sales Consulting & Advisory, and Carly Heideger now serves as Sales Manager.

Jay Blankenship has more than 20 years of experience designing sales and marketing strategies that deliver proven revenue growth, tangible marketing results, and positive customer experiences. He manages a group of MCI USA sales talents while leading the division’s growing revenue consulting and advisory services. Previously, he has sold for and held leadership positions with mass media and sponsorship organizations such as BridgeTower Media, BH Media Group, Media General, HiBu, and iHeartMedia.  

Carly Heideger manages sales for several key clients, including the National Business Aviation Association and OCEANS Conference & Expo. Over the last five years with MCI, she has launched new media sales programs, developed sales strategies to engage new customers and exceeded projected revenue goals.
