The Celebration and Recognition Committee in McLean launched these channels as way for talents across BU’s to recognize each other for their hard work and dedication to helping MCI USA grow. It’s a perfect opportunity to brighten a colleague’s day and showcase client work!
Blooming Talents is a Teams channel to give kudos, shout-outs, praises, or a virtual thumbs-up to your colleague(s) for their individual contributions and achievements. Be especially mindful of recognizing your colleagues who have been living examples of MCI’s core values:

- Promoting Entrepreneurship
- Living by Growth
- Believing in People
Some Good News is a channel to highlight amazing client work. We want to see the infographics designed for a client, learn about the online community you recently created or the new product/initiative launched. Our teams work hard for our clients and we want you to share what’s going on with others!
