Your new cards from Anthem Blue Cross are in the mail and you should receive them shortly if you have not already. (Some talents have already shared on Teams that cards have been received.) Once you receive your card, don’t forget to register at www.anthem.com and download the Sydney app to manage your health care on the go.

Dental and vision insurance has not changed and new cards will not be sent unless you are new to these coverages. If you need to request a new card or get a temporary card, you can do so by creating an account and logging in at www.myuhc.com for dental or https://member.eyemedvisioncare.com/#/gvs/en for vision.
