We are excited to welcome Rhea Beal to the MCI family as our new Senior Vice President of Finance effective February 1! Rhea will lead the finance teams across all U.S. business units and comes to us with more than 15 years of experience in corporate finance.
Prior to joining MCI, Rhea led the financial planning and analysis teams at USA Today and Politico, two well-known media companies headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area. Throughout her career, Rhea has driven more efficient and accurate budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes by coordinating with various departments to ensure every team is empowered to meet their fiscal goals.
Rhea has an M.B.A. from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in Washington, D.C. She also earned a bachelor’s degree with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Georgetown University and was a member of the Georgetown University Women’s Basketball team.
A fun fact about Rhea is that she has played on several championship flag football teams both on the field and in the sand.
