1. Can you tell us about your role at MCI USA?
As the Call Center Supervisor, my role is to manage our team to provide the best customer service experience for our guests and the associations we serve. My team helps to book housing and register attendees and exhibitors for various conferences around the US. Through coaching, call reviews, and team building activities, we strive to learn from opportunities and celebrate successes. We are very proud of the work our team does.
2. What do you like to do outside of the office?
When I am not watching Peppa Pig with my daughters, I love watching action and sci-fi movies! My favorite movie of all time is Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Also, I love to go hiking, camping, and boating.
3. Could you tell us one thing your colleagues would be surprised to know about you?
My colleagues would be surprised to know that I used to be an avid skateboarder growing up.
