When MCI bid on meeting management services for the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the team knew the proposal needed to stand out from the competition. While a team of ten contributors from the SEM&I and SSS teams compiled content in response to the RFP, Jenn Karsner, Senior Marketing Manager, SEM&I, came up with some creative inspiration. Jenn worked with the MCI USA Creative team to present the lengthy proposal in a magazine format.
The magazine format showcased MCI’s capabilities in an organized, compelling manner. Presented as a 50-page flipbook, this proposal was a literal “page turner.” The proposal included responses to all questions posed in the RFP, enhanced with a cover, pull quotes, photos, and information about MCI. Personal elements introduced the MCI team, including interviews with Shawn Pierce, President SEM&I, and Carrie Hartin, President SS&S, as well as an embedded welcome video by MCI’s CEO Sebastien Tondeur.
