Association Solutions client RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association recently launched its new website. This goal was to create a site that reflects the organization’s mission and showcases its strength in advocacy. It was also a priority to design a website that would convert web visitors into email acquisition and donors.
The new site has better organized content, an improved user experience, and is mobile friendly. What used to take three clicks to get to, now can take two or even one click. Built on Blackbaud’s updated WordPress platform, page templates are easy to use and ensure consistency.
Additional improvements and enhancements include:
- A better mobile experience: More than 60% of RESOLVE traffic comes from mobile devices. The old design and platform only converted the desktop experience to mobile and didn’t allow for staff to change the mobile experience. This platform allows the team to make specific changes to the mobile experience.
- With a better user experience, RESOLVE will focus on updating and refreshing content. They will ensure that content and language is inclusive and shows full representation.
- Increased visual appeal thanks to a mix of imagery—use of illustrations, actual photos from RESOLVE events, and stock imagery.
- Use best practices in the design and layout to highlight the ease of online donations and email acquisition.
