MCI USA just wrapped up our in-person Summer Sales Camp training at the Baltimore office. The training was designed to engage sales talents executing client work within Sales Solutions, Association Solutions, and the Owned Asset teams.
Thirty of our best and brightest arrived at summer camp and started working with their “cabin mates” throughout the day and a half workshop. The training provided the team an opportunity to rebuild connections with one another and to focus on critical and creative sales skills. Training included skill development, role plays, gamification, and a pitch competition. For fun, the team tried their hand at ax throwing.
Congratulations to our MVCs! Eric Gershowitz and Mitch Caplan were recognized as 2022’s Most Valuable Campers.
