The MCI USA finance team gathered in McLean, Virginia, for their first in-person meeting since the pandemic. The team covered a variety of topics during their time together, including the creation of a wish list for a new FSM accounting system, building out the finance-related internal transition templates and workflows, as well as dissecting our pcard process lifecycle.
