At MCI USA, we believe that dreams are the driving force behind our success. This year, we celebrated Dream Day with a special workshop led by Tom Gibson and Laila Al-Lamadani, bringing together 200+ talents. The workshop provided a unique opportunity for us to connect, share our dreams openly, and learn from one another, fostering a deeper sense of community.

Dream Day is more than just a pause in our busy schedules; it’s a moment to reflect, set personal and collective goals, and collaborate on the aspirations that inspire us to move forward. A big shoutout to Frank Carmean for winning the prize, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to making this event meaningful.
