Did you know, as a participant of MCI’s Medical Plan you are eligible to participate in UHC’s wellness program?
Rally is designed to help you make changes to your daily routine, you can start by logging on to myuhc.com and clicking on “Visit Rally Health and Wellness” on your dashboard. You will be asked to take a quick and confidential Health Survey to assess your Rally Age. Rally will then recommend activities for you designed to help you improve your diet, fitness and mood. Plus, with each activity you earn Rally points which can be used to enter sweepstakes, auctions or in the Rally marketplace. Rally is available to those participating in the medical program at no additional cost.
Another perk of participating in MCI’s Medical Plan is Optum Health Allies. Health Allies is a discount program for all your wellness related needs. Here you can receive special offers for being a UHC member, such as gym discounts, discounts on alternative therapies like acupuncture and chiropractic services, they even offer discounts on fitness trackers and equipment. To see the list and take advantage of these discounts, log on to myuhc.com, click on “Coverage and Benefits”, then click on “Health Resources” and look under “Programs.”
