Many adoptions are celebrated with cake and balloons, but MCI USA’s adoption is being announced with a street sign along Westpark Drive near our McLean office. The sign recognizes our participation in Virginia’s Adopt-A-Highway program, under which MCI USA agrees to pick up litter along Westpark Drive between Jones Branch Drive and International Drive. Thanks to Simeonne Bookal and Michelle Spencer for spearheading this effort and to all MCI USA staff in the McLean office who have participated in the trash pick-ups. The next pick-up is being scheduled—watch for an announcement soon!
