In April, Black Flower Agency supported long-time partner American Express with all aspects of planning and activation of three weekends of premium hospitality and VIP access to the globally recognized Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, and annual Stagecoach Country Music Festival.
American Express Platinum Card® and Centurion® Members who purchased VIP packages to Coachella had access to one of the only private hospitality tents on festival grounds, which served as an oasis during festival days, and included air conditioning, a private bar, live streams of all stages, and complimentary snacks and amenities. Card Members also received an array of benefits including VIP area access to each stage, and dinner in the VIP Rose Garden hosted by Outstanding in the Field – an open-air, wine-paired dining experience celebrating some of the world’s renowned chefs and artisans, and their connection to the rich agricultural landscape of the Coachella Valley.
At Stagecoach, Card Members enjoyed access to the only premium hospitality suite on festival grounds and incredible access to featured talent during photo opportunities with performing artists like Cole Swindell, Lauren Alaina, Old Dominion and Rita Wilson. This elevated experience was complete with best seats and sightlines of the “Mane” Stage each day and night.
