Association Solutions client the Association for the Advancement of Wound Care (AAWC) has many members serving on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic prompting the AAWC to quickly mobilize a task force to provide timely, relevant peer-reviewed resources relating to COVID-19. One of these resources is a weekly webinar to equip the community with the latest information during this fluid situation. The series is open and free to the public in the hopes that they help frontline health workers during the pandemic. The first webinar in the series was hosted Tuesday, March 31 on Best Practice in Telemedicine which discussed regulatory guidance, how to conduct a thorough virtual visit and provided free templates for triaging patients. Additional topics that will be presented in April include, COVID-19 Summary Report Update and the Pandemic Model of Wound Care.
