MCI USA’s Advisory Services team recently completed a highly impactful engagement with long-standing full-service client, the Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS). In partnership with Erin Berggren, vice president of Association Solutions at MCI USA and executive director of SWS, we facilitated a key step in SWS’s journey toward a refreshed and forward-thinking strategic plan. 

The project centered on a series of moderated feedback sessions with stakeholders from across the globe. These conversations, led by MCI USA as a neutral third party, offered a safe space for participants to candidly reflect on the organization’s current direction, challenges and opportunities. By “asking the hard questions,” our team helped uncover honest insights that will shape the foundation for SWS’s long-term strategy. 

With MCI USA serving as a facilitator, SWS was able to hear a range of perspectives while maintaining focus and structure throughout the process.
