At the 2024 Association Forum Women’s Executive Forum, MCI USA’s Amy Lotz, CAE, and Emily Burch co-presented the session “How to Coach Future Leaders by Using Techniques Learned from Ted Lasso, Tyler Perry, and Taylor Swift.” They shared how humor, empathy, storytelling, creativity, and resilience from these stars can inspire and guide future leaders within associations.
