Black Flower Agency supported longtime client Chanel on their 2026 Métiers d’Art Collection fashion show, held in New York City Dec. 2. Black Flower managed comprehensive hospitality logistics for over 800 guests, including top clients, press, VIPs and internal teams. Services included full-scale transportation management, hotel coordination and room-drop gifting across 13 Manhattan properties, activity planning, dining reservation management, spa, hair, makeup appointment coordination and oversight, and overarching guest support. The 29-person team, comprised of full-time BFA New York staff, MCI colleagues (special support from Taylor Garceau and Natalia Lopez-Hurtado coming in from Dallas!) and freelancers, ensured a seamless experience. The event was a resounding success, delighting the Chanel client teams in New York and Paris and marking another milestone in luxury hospitality support for Chanel.
