Black Flower Agency programmed and produced three virtual networking experiences bringing together 100 innovators with interactive entertainment, as part of the Amex 100 for 100 program in support of Black women entrepreneurs. The concept, content development and program curation by Black Flower played a vital role in successfully fueling the entrepreneurial spirit of the 100 participants.
Each virtual event kicked off with an entertainment component led by talent procured by Black Flower, followed by organized breakout networking sessions. The seamless technical production of the networking sessions allowed participants to get to know one another, building community through interactive participation.
Content in February’s event included appearances by BET marketing maven, Kimberly Paige, and TV star, Jojo T. Gibbs, on the art of entertainment and their respective careers.
“All of this conversation today was inspirational! I am so encouraged!”
In March, we hosted an inspirational talk with social media superstar and actress Tabitha Brown. The TikTok influencer, known for her inspiring mantras, warm personality and vegan cooking, discussed how she built her brand, career and life, providing insightful direction for the entrepreneurs to create their own personal mantras during the breakout sessions.
“I am crying actual tears. Thank you, Tabitha. Thank you, Amex.”
The April event will be joined by Top Chef fan favorite, Carla Hall, to discuss her inspiring career path, career pivots and inspirations. Carla will guide participants through making her one of her famous recipes in a highly entertaining culinary masterclass that the entrepreneurs can partake in with the curated ingredients sent to them in advance.
Where everything is digital, entertainment is more important than ever in business engagement.
