Continuing its working relationship with Louis Vuitton, Black Flower Agency, successfully led by BFA Vice President Lindsay Freylack, recently supported Louis Vuitton Americas with the planning and activation of its annual retail summit held in March 2019 at the Ritz-Carlton Bacara Resort in Santa Barbara, California. The agency’s all-encompassing scope of work included all guest management, white glove hospitality, gifting, ground transportation, breakout meetings/workshops/strategy labs, plenary session, registration website and app development, conception and execution of three evening soirees, including a Moroccan-themed welcome dinner, magnificent sunset yacht dinner cruise and finale red carpet employee Awards Ceremony and Dinner (think Golden Globes!). Demonstrating the “One MCI” philosophy, Black Flower Agency enlisted the great assistance of the MCI USA Strategic Events, Meetings & Incentives division to oversee all aspects of the program’s conference and plenary components. As a united team, the 2019 Louis Vuitton Americas Retail Summit exceeded expectations and concluded with “high-fives” initiated by the client and a Champagne toast.
