We are happy to announce a refreshed MCI USA website with new content and an updated navigation that better showcases the services we offer, aligned to how our visitors navigate to find their solutions.

Three major sections have been changed/upgraded:

  • Industries (who we can help) replaces the old “Solutions”
  • What We Do (how we can help) replaces the old “Services”
  • News & Insights (our proof points), which replaces the old “Insights”.

In addition, the MCI USA blog, which was previously on a separate platform, has been incorporated into the new “News & Insights” section to drive more traffic to our site from the various content that is published, increasing our SEO and lead generation.

You’ll notice we’ve realigned some of the industries to better reflect our client base, and have streamlined the services we offer into 8 specific categories. While these changes don’t address all the challenges we have in representing our full suite of services across the MCI USA platform, we are hopeful that these updates will more fully represent our core offerings and provide an easier pathway for visitors to learn more about us.

We are continuing to add case studies to the Our Work section, so if you’ve recently completed an event or project that has demonstratable results, please let us know.
