Energized, included, empowered, motivated – these were the words MCI USA talents used to describe their Learning Week experience. Congratulations to all the MCI USA talents who participated in MCI USA’s first-ever learning week, our internal professional development initiative. From November 7 – 9, MCI USA talents had the opportunity to participate in 15+ dynamic learning sessions, engaging panel discussions, and interactive Power Sessions. We learned a lot about project management, personal branding, volunteer engagement strategies, and so much more. The chats were buzzing throughout many of these presentations, and new connections were made throughout MCI USA.
