- MCI USA 2023 Virtual Kickoff Scheduled for February 7
MCI USA is pleased to share two executive promotions that position the global engagement and marketing agency for increased growth and impact. Erin M. Fuller, FASAE, CAE, has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief Strategy Officer. Carrie Hartin assumes the role of President, Association Solutions.
“At MCI, we believe in the power of our people to deliver innovation and growth for our clients. Erin and Carrie have played central roles in building relationships while assembling and leading remarkable teams who drive results for our client partners,” said Tom Gibson, CEO, MCI USA. “Erin has guided the triple-digit growth of our association business. As important, Erin has been an effective collaborator across our brand portfolio, delivering strategic insights, a remarkable network of relationships, and almost uncanny ability to make important things happen.”
As MCI USA’s Chief Strategy Officer, Fuller will provide a deeply consultative approach delivered across MCI USA’s growing brand portfolio, focused on identifying new business opportunities driven through insightful content creation, thought leadership, and industry networking, together with service line and product innovation.
“As Carrie now assumes leadership of MCI USA’s Association Solutions business unit, she brings an incisive, empathetic leadership style built around her history of assembling and leading teams who fuel association growth,” said Gibson. “Carrie’s growth mindset and deft talent and client development skills will help our association clients achieve their goals and advance their missions.”
As a structural component of these actions, the Sales Solutions & Services business unit is now integrated as part of MCI USA’s industry-leading Associations Solutions portfolio.
Entering 2023, MCI USA is also expanding the role, responsibility, and recognition of current and emerging leaders. More than 40 key MCI USA executives spanning both business unit and group functions have been tapped for our Success Management Team (SMT), who in 2023 will gather quarterly for in-person or virtual leader trainings, financial analysis, and in-depth discussions of strategy and industry insights. The SMT will convene in-person Feb 5-7 in Ft. Worth, TX, culminating in our 2023 All-Talent Virtual Kickoff, Tuesday, February 7 at 1:00 PM ET.
Underscoring the importance of the Success Management Team, MCI Global CEO Seb Tondeur, Global Chief Strategy Officer Oscar Cerezales, Global Chief Financial Officer Olivier Giauque and COO Americas Richard Torriani, will join us in Ft. Worth to provide the SMT added recognition and support while contributing their insights to the 2023 Kickoff.
These actions dovetail nicely with the continuing year-over-year growth of MCI USA’s Strategic Events, Meetings, and Incentives (SEM&I) business unit led by Shawn Pierce. “Our intent is to deepen and expand our partnerships with high-potential clients who are focused, as we are, on Now, Next & Beyond,” concluded Gibson.
