MCI has launched our globally required GenAI Readiness Program, a core L&D initiative by MCI Institute and a top priority for MCI. Currently, we have achieved a 22% completion rate. This approximately two-hour course can be conveniently divided into smaller segments to fit your schedule. Please prioritize completing this program with urgency.
This training is mandatory for all employees globally. Complete it by Aug. 15 to start reaping the benefits of AI in our work.

Why It Matters:
This program provides the foundational knowledge to effectively use generative AI (GenAI) in our daily tasks. It ensures we understand AI policies, best practices, and regulations like the EU Artificial Intelligence Act and OECD AI principles.
What You Will Learn:
The program on SwitchAI includes two learning paths:
1. GenAI Essentials Learning Path
- Introduction to AI and its potential
- Our company’s AI policies and best practices
- Navigating AI tools and applications within MCI group
2. GenAI Toolkit Learning Path
- Effective communication with AI tools through prompt engineering
- Utilizing Copilot Web to boost productivity
- Enhancing project management with AI
Optional AI topics and modules are also available. Those with an M365 Copilot for Work license will have an additional course assigned.
