HSMAI’s former president and CEO, Bob Gilbert, was posthumously inducted into the Events Industry Council (EIC) Hall of Fame, recognizing his decades of leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing the hospitality and events industry. His wife, Kim Gilbert, and daughters, Laura Gilbert Walters and MCI USA’s Kate Gilbert Hernandez, proudly accepted the award on his behalf. Joining them were industry colleagues and friends, including Mark Thompson, Tina Wehmeir and Stephanie Harris, who honored Bob’s enduring impact on the global events community.
