AM&C client the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) recently produced one of its most successful New York Marketing Week programs ever. Held at venues throughout New York City – and responsible for generating approximately 30 percent of HSMAI Americas’ annual revenue – NY Marketing Week is a series of interrelated events aimed at hospitality marketing professionals: the Adrian Awards Dinner Reception and Gala, honoring creativity and innovation in hospitality advertising, digital marketing, and public relations; the Digital Marketing Strategy Conference, offering insights and best practices for hoteliers and their partners; the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer Executive Roundtables, featuring high-level conversation for hotel CMOs and CDOs; and the Resort Best Practices Roundtable, hosting sales, marketing, and revenue-optimization professionals from independent resorts. HSMAI enjoyed record-breaking participation across NY Marketing Week this year, with more than 1,200 attendees – nearly 850 at the Adrian Awards alone – and press coverage that included more than a dozen pieces of content from industry media and a sharp increase in social-media engagement for the month, with 127,000 tweet impressions.
