Association Solutions client the International Live Events Association had its first live events since 2019! In early August, a group of ILEA members met in San Antonio, Texas, for the Ignite Conference. Chapter Leaders met for a day of special education on DE&I and Membership Strategy. The newly elected Board President was also able to share several exciting ILEA initiatives that are on the horizon, including a new website. During the remainder of the conference, attendees enjoyed panels hosted by their peers and a great keynote session from BizBash C.E.O. David Adler.
Ignite closed with an evening full of glitz and glamor, The Esprit Awards Ceremony. This was the first year MCI USA managed the Esprit Awards, and thanks to the hard work of MCI marketing team and ILEA staff team, the Esprits set a record for submissions. After all 46 awards were given and the event officially wrapped, ILEA was proud to say: live events are back.
