Congratulations to Kathy Bradley, CAE, AVP Resource Development, Association Solutions, for earning her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential. Administered by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), the CAE is the highest professional credential in the association industry. Less than 5% of all association professionals have achieved this mark of excellence.

Earning and maintaining the CAE is a three-part process. Candidates must first meet eligibility requirements and submit an application. The next step is to sit for and pass the CAE exam. Once you have earned the credential, you must maintain it by fulfilling certification renewal requirements every three years.

Kathy and any of the current CAEs (around 20) are happy to speak to anyone about how to earn the CAE. MCI USA is proud of our commitment to professional development, and we take pride in the number of CAEs, CMPs, CEMs, graduate degrees and other certifications our talents possess.
