We’re excited to celebrate Matt Henry, our quality assurance department leader, who recently completed the Next Level Leaders program at the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute at Towson University. The program is an advanced, project-based leadership development experience designed for mid-level leaders to refine their leadership style, enhance emotional intelligence and resilience, and effectively manage change and conflict, all while fostering collaborative leadership and driving professional excellence.
