Brief Description: You will support an MCI client partner, the Audio Engineering Society (AES). If you have a passion around starting new initiatives and making change, this membership manager is the right role for you.
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and manage the AES membership and member-related programs.

Event Strategist – Pharma Meeting Planner (mci-group.com)
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Travel up to 50%
- Take full accountability in leading a project team, client and suppliers to design and successfully execute world class events as measured by internal and external client satisfaction
- Liaise with all appropriate internal areas within MCI to provide accurate and up to date information and give clear direction in terms of what is required by the Client and the timelines for delivering the same
- Liaise with all appropriate external resources (e.g. hotels, venues, clients) providing regular updates in a timely manner to ensure that they have up to date information at all times
- Lead the project team in client calls/kick off meetings, addressing discussion points and any issues/concerns the Client may have
- Meeting/Event Planning Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, in clinical, commercial, and congress event activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management, Hospitality or Business preferred
- CMP-HC/ CMM/HMCC designation preferred

Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Establish, implement, and monitor timelines as well as communicate client requirements while providing operations support to the Sales Team and support departments.
- Work with the client to establish business processes for events and communicates those to the internal support departments
- Be responsible for QC of all client deliverables and client websites – Includes QC of intended business functionality and data
- Prepares and trains the call center management and agents on event functionality and intended delivery prior to the event launch
- Proficient in Cvent Platform
- Knowledge of registration/convention industry preferred
- Available for moderate travel (25%-30%)
