More than 30 MCI Sales Solutions talents came together in the Baltimore office for two days of in-person sales training. The team reflected on 2023 successes, outlined focus areas for 2024, and heard from industry leaders about the best practices in non-dues revenue generation for associations.
“We have a high-performing, energetic sales team, and I love bringing us together for in-person training,” said Brittany Shoul, SVP, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Full-Service Sales. “We focused on building collaboration and knowledge across the team, which helps us deliver the best sales outcomes for our clients.”
Guest speakers included MCI USA’s James Kelly and Jeff Moore, who gave an overview of OneSystem Plus; Sean Soth from Professionals for Association Revenue (PAR), who discussed association business development trends; MCI USA’s Donna Johnson, CTS, CMP, CEM, who discussed event operations; and AVIXA’s Dan Cole, who shared insights on strategic sales skills and sales trends.
During the meeting, three talents were honored for outstanding sales performance in 2023, delivering more than $3 million in sales for MCI USA’s clients: Mark Stout, vice president of sales; Jeff Rhodes, vice president of sales; and Cate David, senior account executive.
