The MCI USA Pride Collective ERG hosted a Coming Out Day Celebration to commemorate the national holiday. More than 50 talents joined the LGBTQ+ focused group to share stories about coming out of the closet. Thoughtful conversations centered around the significance of coming out and the importance of working for an organization that is aware and accepting of your identity. There were heartfelt moments, laughs, and plenty of resources shared about allyship and inclusivity:
