MCI USA to Celebrate Dream Day on August 18
Please save the date for our Dream Day, which will take place on August 18th, 2023. Dream Day is an MCI USA event where you have a chance to focus on your development and goals. Dream Day is also about strengthening our community and building relationships with your colleagues, so don’t miss this opportunity to join us.
Why do we have a Dream Day?
The day signifies the start of MCI on July 1, 1987, as a start-up company with a big vision called MCI (acronym for Meetings, Conventions and Incentives) launched in Geneva, Switzerland. After the presentation of MCI’s Horizon 2025, MCI stands for Minds, Communities, Ideas delivering a brand portfolio and array of capabilities second to none in its industry.
Goals and development motivate us, give us direction, a sense of purpose, well-being, and confidence. The challenge, however, is finding the time to make a plan that helps us reach our goals.
The objective of the day is to learn from each other and enrich our growth-minded culture.
What to expect?
During Dream Day, you will have the option to attend a development workshop on August 18 where we will discuss goals, development and follow up with helpful resources to utilize at your leisure. Laila Al-Lamadani, SVP, People & Culture, sent out calendar invitations for this optional development workshop on June 20.
