Mental health is all about how we feel, think and connect with ourselves and others. It influences everything from how we handle tough times to the quality of our relationships and our impact on the world around us. That’s why it’s so important to raise awareness on mental health at MCI USA.

During May, Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s take the opportunity to learn more about mental health, destigmatize stereotypes and offer a helping hand to anyone who needs it. We can build an environment where it is safe to talk about mental health and where everyone feels supported.

In May, we will be offering various activities related to mental health, including a speaker, leadership training and stress management training.
