When the Medical Library Association’s final InSight Summit couldn’t be held in person in Chicago as originally planned, Associations Solutions client MLA decided to move the two-day event online. The conference was moved to Zoom, which allowed the organization to set up breakout rooms for small-group work. MLA used Google Docs and email to facilitate collaboration among attendees. About 30 people were expected at the in-person Summit; 20 to 25 participated in the virtual program.
