MCI USA celebrates the recent promotions of the following talents. Their accomplishments are a testament to their talent and the incredible contributions they make to our organization every day. We are excited to see them continue to excel in their new roles and further drive the success of MCI USA!

Whitney Johnson was promoted from account coordinator to account manager.

Mary Steere was promoted from buyer of gifts and incentives to buyer and manager of gifts and events.

• “In my new role as buyer and manager of gifts and events, I hope to make a positive impact by enhancing communication and improving workflow efficiency. I aim to contribute significantly to the overall success of MCI USA and support Kerry Johnson in optimizing our operations.”

Pam Schmitz was promoted from planner and purchaser to senior planning and purchasing, and incentives manager.

John Sekel was promoted from AVP of finance, Association Solutions, to vice president of accounting and AR.

• “I’m incredibly excited to be continuing my career at MCI and looking forward to solving new problems, overcoming new hurdles and, most of all, developing relationships with new team members. While working on the Association Solutions team, we helped several clients establish highly efficient financial processes, while delivering a high quality of customer service. I’m excited to shift my focus from our clients to our internal teams and establish that same level of process efficiency and service expectation. I’m extremely grateful for MCI’s continued confidence in me and am thrilled to begin this new chapter.”

Kelly Quinly was promoted from director of financial planning and analysis to senior director of financial planning and analysis.

Donna Johnson was promoted from vice president, operations to general manager of strategic business operations.

Kerry Johnson was promoted from vice president, incentive operations to interim division leader with the title of vice president, incentive operations.
