Q4 Reminders from People & Culture

As we enter Q4, we would like to remind our talents to take a moment to plan and schedule PTO; to help with your planning, here are the remaining 2019 MCI USA Holidays: 

Our PTO policy is “Use It or Lose It,” so don’t lose out on this benefit, and be sure to schedule your time off. You can check your PTO balance on Paycom under the “Time Off Request” tab. 

Additionally, if you are participating in an FSA, right now would be a good time to review your account balance and utilize those dollars before year end. Remember this is also a “Use It or Lose It” account. 

Lastly, Q4 is always a good time to review your financial and retirement goals. Fidelity offers a plethora of resources to do just that. You can review your account performance, contribution percentage and much more at www.netbenefits.com.
