Please take a moment to ensure your beneficiary and emergency contact information is up to date.
Emergency Contact information can be updated via Employee Self Service on Paycom. Login to www.paycom.com, click on “Information,” then “Address and Contact Information.” Once in, double check your emergency contact and update as needed. Be sure to click on the “Update” button before moving on.
Life Insurance Beneficiary: You can update your Life Insurance Beneficiary information at anytime in Paycom as well. Go to “Benefits”, click on “Dependents and Beneficiaries” and review. If you need to add a new beneficiary, you can do so by clicking the “Add” button and following the prompts.
401(k) Beneficiary: Lastly, please take the time to ensure you have a beneficiary selected for your 401(k). You can do this through Fidelity at www.netbenefits.com. Click on “Menu” in the upper left corner, then click on “Beneficiaries”, review and/or make your edits. Please note if you are married, your spouse will be your beneficiary for your 401(k) unless you complete the waiver process, but you can add a contingent in this section.
