The SEM&I Technology & Innovation team has been prioritizing the development of select items in SEM&I’s suite of technology. Some of their recent accomplishments include:
- All applications will accept, transfer, and reproduce text in any language or script.
- A2Z’s exhibitor management system has been integrated with Cvent registration to allow exhibitors the easy management of their booth and related registrations.
- A new Passkey tool allows Call Center agents to pull quick at-a-glance information on hotels and availability during customer service inquiries (similar to what is currently available with ONEsystem+).
The team is continuously working towards better and brighter technology goals that will allow us to serve our clients in more efficient and streamlined ways.
