To celebrate MCI Dream Day, the SEM&I team volunteered at Minnie’s Food Pantry in Plano, Texas. They were the first group to volunteer at their new facility and got to help get it ready to open. From setting up displays and merchandising in their resale boutique to cleaning down all the new shelves then stocking their entire cereal inventory, the SEM&I team did it all. Special shout-outs to Kerry Wages, Shawn Pierce, and Mark Malay for helping the Minnie’s team unload new and very heavy freezers. Minnie’s Food Pantry is supported only by donations and volunteers making it even more special.
