Strategic Events, Meeting & Incentives successfully transitioned two live event clients to virtual activations. The International AIDS Society (IAS) operated a four-day virtual event this month with over 13,000 attendees. Founded in 1988, the IAS is the world’s largest association of HIV professionals, with members in more than 170 countries. Working with its members, the IAS advocates and drives urgent action to reduce the impact of HIV. The IAS is also the steward of the world’s most prestigious HIV conferences: the International AIDS Conference, the IAS Conference on HIV Science, and the HIV Research for Prevention Conference. After a 48-year track record of successful face-to-face conventions, The National Association of Black Accountants hosted “Insight Reimagined” the NABA 2020 Virtual Convention with over 2,000 attendees. NABA is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for black professionals in the accounting, finance and related business professions. Representing more than 200,000 black professionals in these fields, NABA advances people, careers, and the mission by providing education, resources, and meaningful career connections to both professional and student members, fulfilling the principle of their motto: Lifting As We Climb.
