  • Ryan owns his success. We talk a lot on the sales team about being humble yet promoting our success – our clients want to buy from people who are successful. 
  • Ryan talks about being sure that you are working as many prospects and areas as business as possible. “Keep as many balls in the air as possible,” hence why we all had bouncing balls. 
  • IMPROV. Ryan encourages all salespeople to practice improv to improve their quickness in response to conversations. We had a blast playing his improv games during our time together.
