This month, we highlight activities, tips and resources to prioritize your health and well-being. Whether you’re looking to improve your physical fitness, mental health or overall lifestyle, our Wellness Month initiatives are designed to support you on your journey. Wellness at MCI USA is all about balance, using MCI’s flexibility to achieve both work and personal goals toward being your best self.
Tips to Stay Balanced
🧘 Engage in a meditation practice. Meditation has been shown to offer a range of benefits, including reduced stress, improved sleep and enhanced focus. Just 10 minutes a day is shown to produce positive effects.
🥦 Up your veggies. To maintain a balanced healthy lifestyle try adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Challenge yourself to Meatless Mondays this month to reduce meat consumption more sustainably.
🎨 Try something creative with friends. Creativity is pure expression. Engaging in creative activities can reduce stress, improve mood and even contribute to physical health improvements. Grab a friend for a paint night, start a journaling practice or create a dream board collage.
