Thank You MCI USA Influencers
From Erin M. Fuller, FASAE, CAE, MPA, President, Association Solutions
Thanks to the nearly 90 talents that input their initial social selling scores and the more than 60 talents that tracked their performance to the end of the 60 day period. I know that my LinkedIn feed has been populated by some really good content – and I was just at an ASAE event where several people remarked on how active MCI USA colleagues are on social media, which was really neat to hear. (Cue a drumroll inside your brain.)
In third place, Christine Libonati, Morgan Swindell and Jessica Press will each receive a fabulous planner to help organize and maximize their new larger, stronger, faster professional networks.
As runner up, Ashley Dowling gets to have a fabulous lunch with her BU leader, which happens to be… me! Tom will join us too, and we will celebrate Ashley’s snazzy social media skills.
And finally, our most improved social seller is Rebecca Watts – with a 193.8% increase in her score! Rebecca will work with Angela to identify a professional development conference that will help her further enhance her network and help advance MCI’s visibility and reputation.
I also want to give shoutouts to the talents with the highest overall SSI scores above 60, which is the ideal range for social selling:
- Meredith Schwartz in the lead with a 76, which surpasses my own SSI!
- Carly Heldeger
- Jay Blankenship
- Alison Teitelbaum
- Amy Lotz
- Mike Rosenberg
- Jessica Smith
- Emily Brown
- Carrie Hartin
- Kelsey Secules
I would like to seriously thank you all for playing – this is something that matches our needs for company development with professional development, and I was so pleased with the feedback, engagement and participation. We will continue to keep our eyes open for opportunities like this one!
Baltimore Shout Out to Brian Mayer
Brian has led our team and provided assistance above & beyond the call of duty throughout the last three months as our full technology platforms and systems transitioned to match the rest of MCI.
Thank you Brian for your speediness, willingness to look for solutions, and fantastic attitude.
McLean Moves
Congratulations to MCI USA talents on their recent promotions:
Sibley Guilianelli has been promoted to Manager, Foundation Services for the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF). Sibley returned from their annual Invitational event where she took customer service to an entirely new level. Sibley knows all of the IRF stakeholders by first name and treats them all like rockstars because she’s a rockstar.
Kristen Leikwold has been promoted to Manager with both PTAB and HCEA, her two current clients. Kristen will be taking on additional responsibilities as the new Manager, Communications for SLA in the coming weeks as she rolls-off HCEA after their August conference. Kristen has an amazing ability to manage both multiple clients and multiple projects. She’s sought special projects to lead and continues to be a great asset to MCI USA.
In addition to promotions, we have some staffing shifts to share:
- The IRF is expanding their work around engagement with the addition of Andrea Bomar as their Manager, Marketing. She will continue to support HSMAI but is transitioning off of SLA.
- SLA will also be expanding with the addition of Emilie Mendia as the Managing Director. Emilie will report directly to Amy Burke and will focus on SLA’s internal team and operations. She will continue her work with HCEA but at a reduced allocation.
- Simmy Bookal is taking on new and exciting responsibilities as the National Walk of Hope Manager for RESOLVE. Simmy will bring her events and communication expertise to help produce walks across the country.
