MCI believes in giving back to our local communities and encouraging staff to volunteer professionally and/or personally. During this season of thankfulness, our Baltimore and McLean offices hosted in-person service projects. Baltimore talents participated in a food drive and then help pack food packages for local students who live in food-insecure households with the Baltimore Hunger Project. McLean talents made emotional well-being kits for She Believes in Me. This was a great way to give back, while also coming back together with our fellow MCI USA talents.
