Many talents have been enjoying their weekly yoga break, thanks to Elsbeth Willis and the Associations Solutions Celebration and Recognition team. Each Wednesday in March and April, Elsbeth logs on to lead the group through yoga, stretching, and breathing.

Yoga has been proven to reduce inflammation, increase mobility, reduce stress, and improve quality of life for most! Each week offers something new and expansive that will loosen you up and bring you back into your body, whether that’s a quick (and adaptable) yoga flow, a collective breathing exercise, or a guided meditation. As an added bonus, her cat is known to make an occasional appearance too.

Elsbeth, who has over eight years’ experience in practicing yoga, is currently getting her teaching certificate in meditation, yoga, and kundalini.
