Smile and Update Your Photo in Yuzu

As we grow and work with more talents across more offices, it’s helpful to put a face with a name. Please make sure your headshot is included in your Yuzu profile — this will ensure your photo appears in Yuzu as well as your IM and Outlook profiles. Just click the icon at the top right of your Yuzu page, click the photo circle, and upload your photo.

Phone Migration to Skype for Telephony!

For the McLean and New York offices, our phone numbers will port from 8×8 to Skype on September 20. This (long-awaited) change is part of our larger integration into MCI. What about other offices? Miami and Baltimore will also migrate in 2018. The Dallas office will remain on a separate system due to the call center requirements. Looking to get a head start on reviewing training materials? Learn What’s New in the Employee Assistance Plan Beginning 10/1/2018

By Angela Fiorini, Vice President, People & Culture

As part of our Life and Disability coverage provided by MCI USA through UnitedHealthcare, all talents working 28 hours or more per week are covered by an Employee Assistance Plan called Live and Work Well. Beginning October 1, 2018, you can access these benefits through liveandworkwell.com.

Here are a few highlights:

The program offers members and their families personal and confidential support that’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With just one call, you can get the following types of assistance:

  • Family support
  • Help with relationships, coping, and depression

Consultation services are provided by experienced master’s level specialists who offer personal assistance and referrals to a network of licensed and certified clinicians for up to three face-to-face counseling sessions, if desired. We also help connect you to attorneys for legal assistance or mediation, as well as consultation with financial professionals.

In addition, Travel Assistance is provided:

You and your family have access to travel assistance through UnitedHealthcare Global Assistance, a leading provider of international travel assistance services.
