Shout out to Diana Cox, Telecom Administrator, who has been an instrumental partner for SEM&I’s Dallas-based call center. Diana is a role model and inspiration. Her dedicated, accurate reporting work and ability to navigate through our telecom system transition has played a big part in our success to use these efficiently. Even though Diana works behind the scenes, she fuels a multitude of processes that keep the MCI USA machine running smoothly.
