Black Flower Agency leads international MCI team to manage all aspects of the guest experience.

For the past four years Black Flower Agency has been the command central for orchestrating all hospitality services and experiential activities for Gucci’s Cruise Shows; NYC, USA – 2015, London, UK – 2016, Florence, IT -2017, and Arles, FR – 2018. The agency thoughtfully curates every experience and detail based on the Gucci brand DNA and Alessandro Michele’s creative vision. Due to the show’s location in 2018 and the related complexities that resulted, a large staff was required to manage the 400 traveling guests comprised of international press, celebrities, top clients, runway models, and Gucci executives. In addition to the eight staff from the NYC and Miami agencies who primarily spearheaded this activation, Black Flower Agency secured a European based co-project lead and another 31 staff from various MCI offices such as Geneva, Barcelona, Rome, and Prague. The diversified team not only showcased MCI’s great wealth of talents and breadth of experience but also proved true the “One MCI” motto. Based on the event’s overall success, Black Flower Agency was recently awarded the business for Gucci’s 2019 Spring/Summer Collection show which will take place in Paris on September 24, 2018. A huge “shout out” to Lindsay Freylack who very successfully led the troops through this very complex and lengthy program.
